Dublin, Ireland, March 11, 2014 – Tuesday 11th March saw Marketfinder host a very successful ‘Power to Convert’ business leaders’ seminar at the Clyde Court Hotel, Dublin. The focus of this event was on the latest trends in e-commerce.  It covered best practice in maximising the numbers to a website that convert into a sale.

The attendees were treated to a presentation by Maeve Kneafsey, CEO of Marketfinder, who talked about the latest trends and technologies in digital sales conversion and lead generation.

Maeve gave an in-depth talk into how companies can:

  • Increase their online revenue in 2014
  • Maximise their inbound marketing investment by increasing the number of visitors who convert into a sale or qualified lead
  • Increase their ROI for all marketing activity
  • Unique analytic data on what drives online conversions

Our special guest speaker was Geoff Scully, MD of Littlewoods, who presented a compelling account of how Littlewoods has grown their e-commerce presence over the past 8 years from selling 17% online in 2006 to over 90% online in 2014.

Initial feedback from all attendees has been very positive and has resulted in a number of potential opportunities for organisations to explore in greater depth the value of understanding digital sales conversion and lead generation and the technology that can support it.

Many thanks to everyone involved in making this event such a success.

Please keep an eye out for our next Marketfinder Event – coming soon!
